Custom Nutrition Program
Everybody lives their lives differently with different lifestyle choices. There is NO cookie-cutter diet that works for everyone because every person is unique. Whether your goal is weight loss or to build muscle, Chris Havekost [owner of Prodigy and Pro Athlete] will personally build you a precise nutritional program so you know exactly what to eat and when to eat. This will include an expansive food list and great recipes to help guide you through your journey.
Nutritional Journal
Each client will get their own nutritional journey to help track caloric intake. When calories are tracked and logged, it becomes much easier to make adjustments to the program to ensure you reach your goals!
Tailored Supplementation Program
Every person has different fitness goals, metabolism, and lifestyle. Supplement suggestions and recommendations will be provided to help each you obtain your goals. If supplements are not finely tuned to each individual, it could mean money down the drain! Chris Havekost believes in supplementing for general health and immune system and he will make these suggestions for longevity and healthy living purposes!
Unique Weight Training Program
Choose to train with Chris or any other of Prodigy’s trainers 1-5x per week. When training with one of Prodigy’s trainers, they will monitor and coach you through each weight exercise to help prevent any injuries during training. Remember, everyone is different, with different body make-up, metabolism, and lifestyle, so it is VERY important that the correct weight training [and cardiovascular] program is put in place to ensure the best chance of success. The custom weight training program will be created with the appropriate number of repetitions, sets, rest periods and stretches to maximize the benefit of each exercise.
Access to Prodigy Gym App
On days that you will not be training with a trainer, you will get access to Prodigy’s amazing app that will assist and guide you on how and what to do for your training program! With the app, it makes building the workouts that are not with a trainer very easy to follow. We understand that not everyone can afford to train with a trainer multiple times a week and we don’t want finances to be an obstacle on your journey to achieving your goals. Our app has an expansive video library that you can access that can teach you how to use our machines as well as exercise walk-throughs!
Cardiovascular Program
Losing body-fat and toning can be sped up substantially with the correct timing during cardio workouts. We will instruct you on exactly what type of cardio and when to perform it to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Professional Guidance and Accountability Check
At Prodigy, we have a plethora of fitness and health knowledge and experience. Our experience includes (but not limited to): body transformation, strength training, weight-loss, injury rehabilitation, bodybuilding, power-lifting, fitness over 40, performance sports-specific, and functional training. When you choose one of our top trainers, you will get a fitness coach that will be with you every single step!
Goal Setting and Check-In
Over 30 years of coaching has gone into building Chris’s successful body transformation programs. Much like anything in life, this takes planning and goal setting. We will help you develop realistic goals and achievable timelines. We start with small wins and move on to the bigger ones! Just a bit of motivation, Chris has worked with over 10 clients who have lost over 100lbs in less than 8 months!

About Prodigy Gym and Chris Havekost
Prodigy is one of those wonderful words whose different meanings tell a story. One of the origins is from the Latin prodigium, meaning “a sign of something to come.”

Chris, owner, has a deep level of caring for all of his member’s fitness goals especially those that he personally trains. Chris began his journey helping people with their fitness over 30 years ago.
