Our team believes that fitness training with your partner increases the odds of success for both of you.  Couples’ personal training provides excellent motivation and accountability.  Getting fit together can be an enjoyable and rejuvenating bonding experience for couples.  Each individual will still receive training and advice tailored to their personal needs and goals.

Small Team Training

Want to be part of a team on your journey to your fitness goals? We provide small team personal training up to four people sharing a one-hour session.  Each person still receives individualized guidance while the team approach fosters friendly competition, injects motivation, saves money and builds camaraderie as you push your limits together as a team with a mission.  As experienced Fort Collins personal trainers, we believe that small team sessions should occur two to three times per week for maximum effectiveness.
