Free Personal Training Session
During your free trial personal training session you get to meet with the owner, Chris Havekost, who will take you through a 30 minute training session catered toward your individual fitness goals. Chris meets with each perspective personal training client to help understand every client’s individual needs as well as distinguish who would be the best personal trainer for each client! Each perspective client also gets a FREE InBody scan which is a full body composition test to see where their starting point is!

Personal Training, plus you get the Owner, Chris Havekost, as your coach! We offer a dual team-approach with a great personal trainer and a coach!
At Prodigy you will be paired with a trainer who specializes in the results you are seeking ranging from:
– Body transformation (Losing 10-over 100lbs!!)

– Sports specific (football, baseball, hockey, running, etc)
– Bodybuilding
– Powerlifting
– Injury rehabilitation (Chris has been through just about every injury known and come back from it)

Chris’s Coaching:
With most personal training programs it’s just training and maybe a cookie-cutter diet. With the Prodigy program you will get:
– Personalized Nutrition Program – From the time you wake up to the time you go to bed timed around your work, school, and personal life so you know exactly what, how much, and when to eat for the fitness goals you are driving towards!
– Custom workouts – In a perfect world, we would all have a personal trainer 5 days a week! Well, we know this isn’t the case for most so your coach, the owner Chris, will build you easy-to-follow custom workouts for all the days you are not with your trainer! On our easily followed digital map of Prodigy, you will know exactly how many and what exercises, sets, and repetitions and on what days! Chris even includes how long to rest in between sets, how to stretch and when, and videos of literally EVERYTHING! All you have to do is show up and put in the work!
– InBody Scans – Bi-weekly full body composition scans giving you your medical body weight, body fat %, how much water you are holding, and how much lean muscle you have. An excellent way to monitor progress on your fitness journey!
– Accountability – Weekly check-ins with Coach Chris to ensure the program is working and we are accomplishing our pre-set fitness goals!
– Unlimited communication with Coach Chris – Chris will always respond to questions within an hours’ time!

Small Team Training
Want to be part of a team on your journey to your fitness goals? We provide small team personal training up to four people sharing a one-hour session. This of course makes it much more affordable as well! Each person still receives individualized guidance while the team approach fosters friendly competition, injects motivation, saves money and builds camaraderie as you push your limits together as a team with a mission. As experienced Fort Collins personal trainers, we believe that small team sessions should occur two to three times per week for maximum effectiveness.
