What are the gym hours at Prodigy Gym?
Prodigy Gym is open Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Saturday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. If you want to avoid peak crowds, we recommend training between 5:00 AM and 3:00 PM or after 7:00 PM on weekdays. Our busiest hours are typically 4:00–6:30 PM.
Is Prodigy Gym right for beginners?
Absolutely. Prodigy Gym welcomes members at every fitness level — from complete beginners to professional athletes. Owner Chris Havekost and any member of the training staff are happy to walk new members through proper machine setup and form at no extra charge. Members range in age from 9 to 82 years old.
Does Prodigy Gym have locker rooms and showers?

Like most gyms, Prodigy's peak hours are 4:00–6:30 PM on weekdays. Weekends are generally quiet. For the most space and equipment availability, train between 5:00 AM and 3:00 PM or after 7:00 PM on weekdays.

Do I have to sign a contract to join?
